Recipe (non-alcoholic, easy to make)
½ cup butterfly pea flower tea (gives a deep blue/purple base)
½ cup sparkling lemonade (adds bubbles + citrus sparkle)
1 tsp honey or agave syrup (sweet touch)
Juice of ½ lime (to shift the color magically from blue to purple)
Ice cubes (clear, or frozen with tiny edible flowers for effect)
Optional garnish: edible flower (passiflora or violet)
Instructions
Brew butterfly pea flower tea and let it cool.
In a tall glass, add ice.
Pour the tea first, then gently top with sparkling lemonade.
Drizzle honey/agave and stir softly.
Add lime juice last — watch the magic as the color shifts!
